When you buy or sell a home through our program, the real estate company splits their commission with Anywhere Leads Inc. This commission split is a common practice in the real estate industry and is used to increase business for the broker and provide a savings to homebuyers and sellers.
How long does it take for an agent to contact me?
You will be contacted within one business day after completing a request for service either by phone or online.
Can I pick the agent that I would like to work with?
RealtyPlus connects you with a highly qualified agent who is affiliated with our brands, all of whom have a 96% satisfaction rating or better. These agents are from the most recognized real estate brands, including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA Real Estate, and Corcoran. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your agent, your RealtyPlus Coordinator can assist and request another agent.
Can I buy or sell more than one property at the same time through the program?
Yes! And you will receive a reward (if applicable) on each transaction.
How many times can I use the program?
As many times and as often as you like!
